sunset at kitsilano beach, vancouver

There is nothing like watching the sun goes down and sitting beside my loved one while sipping a cuppa of Starbucks coffee on summer nights. I don’t know why I like watching the last few minutes of sunset while the trailing edge of the sun’s disk disappears below the horizon. It's just a beautiful feeling ...

What I like most in sunset is the intense and brilliant colors of red and orange hues of the sky and its afterglows….then comes the twilight…that’s when the surface of the earth is neither completely lit nor dark because the sun itself is not actually visible due to the horizon…I find twilight moments – very romantic moments due to the unusual romantic quality of the ambient light at this time.

there's no place like home

artist's palette

I took this photo in my hometown Baao. Baao is an agro-industrial progressive municipal of camarines sur, philippines. A rural and partially urban environment, with wholesome atmosphere, God-loving, and genuine people. The rainbow is breathtaking. If you look closely, it is an arrangement and display of an artist's palette - bands of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet colors.

tropical lake buhi

Lake Buhi, Bicol is a unique tropical lake serving as home of the world's smallest commercial fish (sinarapan (Mistichthys luzonensis). This 1,800 hectare freshwater lake sits in the valley between two ancient volcanos, Mt. Malimas and Mt. Iriga. The lake was formed in 1641 when a strong earthquake caused the side of Mt. Iriga to collapse, forming a natural dam on small streams

seaside cove
White Cove Beach, Nasugbu, Batangas. It has the most beautiful and serene sunset I've seen. Sunset comes slow, and then suddenly the whole panorama is resplendent with golden, if melancholic, light orange color.

fine sandy beach

Munting Buhangin Beach, Nasugbu Batangas is a splendid blend of a warm and cool sandy beach. It is an idyllic setting for family fun-filled holiday or picnic, boating, and other outdoors activities.
